Qinding is an intelligent battery management system developed to meet market demands, specifically for the highest 1000V high-voltage energy storage scenarios. 

The system integrates 3 channels of high-voltage detection, battery positive/negative insulation detection, 2 channels of current collection, 4 channels of temperature detection, 8 channels of relays, 2 channels of dry contact control, and WiFi wireless transmission, etc. 
 

Supports communication protocols of multiple popular PCS/EMS products on the market; 
Rich hardware self-diagnosis circuits and redundant design of key circuits ensure application safety. 
Supports battery types such as lithium iron phosphate and lithium-ion ternary, and is suitable for various secondary energy storage system applications. 

The slave control module is the core of control and management for the battery pack of the energy storage system. It supports the management of the battery pack, collects the voltages and temperatures of individual cells within the battery pack, analyzes the operating status of the batteries, controls individual cells, detects faults in the thermal management fans, etc. All information of the slave control module is communicated with the main control module via non-isolated CAN, including data reporting, command acceptance, parameter changes, and fault reporting.

• Supports 32-channel single-cell voltage acquisition, with the acquisition range being 0 to 5V;
• Supports 16-channel single-cell temperature acquisition, and 2 channels of passive equalization circuit temperature acquisition, with the acquisition range being -40 to +125℃;
• Has 24-channel passive equalization function;
• 4 Supports 2 bidirectional I/O ports, which, in conjunction with the main control module, enables automatic address encoding for all slave control modules.
