V-KINGNER  To meet market demand. An intelligent battery management system developed for high-voltage energy storage scenarios up to 1000V.

The system integrates 3-channel high-voltage detection, positive/negative battery insulation detection, 2-channel current acquisition, 4-channel temperature detection, 8-channel relays, 2-channel dry contact control, WiFi wireless transmission, and more;

It supports communication protocols of many mainstream PCS/EMS products on the market; with rich hardware self-diagnostic circuits and key circuit redundancy design to ensure application safety;

It supports lithium iron phosphate and ternary battery types, suitable for various secondary energy storage system application scenarios.

 

The main control module's internal circuit monitors the battery pack's voltage, the insulation resistance of the pack to ground, and the pack's charge/discharge current. It uses built-in multidimensional algorithms to calculate and monitor the battery’s status (SOC, SOH, etc.). When an alarm occurs within the battery pack, the main control module controls the circuit breaker and relays through internal circuits to disconnect and protect the system. It can also use DI and temperature detection circuits to determine the sticking state and temperature of the circuit breaker and relays, enabling early warning and protection of switches within the high-voltage box.

All information from the main control module is communicated with the master control module via isolated CAN or isolated LAN, for data reporting, command reception, parameter changes, fault reporting, and more.

  • Supports 4-channel high-voltage detection, with a detection range of 0 to 1500V;
  • Supports two current acquisition schemes: single-range 5V Hall sensor acquisition or shunt resistor acquisition, with shunt resistor being the preferred option;
  • Supports insulation acquisition, detecting the insulation values of total positive, total negative relative to PE (case or ground), with a detection range of 0 to 10MΩ;
  • Supports 4-channel temperature acquisition, including 1 channel for cabinet temperature and 3 channels for relay temperature, with a detection range of -40 to +125°C;
  • Supports 8-channel high-side drive output and 2-channel dry contact output;
  • Supports 7-channel digital signal input detection (5 high-level channels and 2 low-level channels);
  • Supports 2 bidirectional I/O ports, enabling automatic address encoding;
  • Supports 1 isolated CAN communication (communication frequency 250 kbps), supporting CAN2.0 protocol, compliant with ISO11898-2 2016 standard, and communicating with multiple slave control modules;

  • Equipped with battery (single cell, module, cluster) overvoltage, undervoltage, voltage difference, overcurrent, undervoltage, overtemperature, low temperature, temperature difference, short circuit, insulation, relay diagnosis, etc. alarms and protections;
  • Built-in multi-dimensional algorithm models for SOC/SOH, effectively tracking the real state of the battery;
  • Has local data analysis capability and local sound and light alarm function;
